He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Regan and Vera Regan; his wife Gladys Regan (Haab); and his brothers, James and Jack Regan.

He is survived by: his children, Eugene (Caroline Regan), Tonia (Marc Lyman), Carla Regan and Kevin (Mary Regan).

Due to the COVID funeral services will be at a later time.
