She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Hamlin and Mary Laurence Hamlin; her husband Jack Martin Smith; and her siblings, Geri, Connie Flammond, Ralph and Everett Flammond.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan (Cindy), Duane (Elaine), Gordon (Rita) and Dale Jr.; her sisters, Gail and Janice; her grandchildren, Keith Smith, Summer Smith, Quade Smith, Craig Bennett, Wesley Crawford and Bradley Crawford (Smith); and her great grandchildren, Khole Houle, Marias Crawford, Paycer Crawford, Presley Crawford, Antonio Crawford, Kalie Crawford, Jack Smith and Kashlyn Smith.
