He is survived by: his wife Leann; his daughter Kristi Jo Kasuske (Morgan); his grandsons, Kale Kasuske, Cooper, Karter and Christian; his siblings, Skip, Larry Anderson and Ruth Atkinson; and his brothers-in-law, Dan "Boone" and Dennis Kolling.
