He is survived by: his wife Laura Bird; his daughter Carmen; his granddaughter Elayne; his siblings, Judy Hembd and Robert Calkin (Michelle); his brother-in-law Gerald Bird; and his pets, Jorja, Gracie, Ben and Stinker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
