He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Villerreal Salcido and Miguel Garcia Salcido; his grandson Justin Miguel Salcido; and his brothers, Joe V. Salcido, Chris Salcido and Martin Salcido.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Samantha A., Emma J., Abraham J. and Frank M.; and his siblings, Julia Villerreal, Aurora V. Hensley, Mary Driggers and Miguel Salcido, Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Abraham enjoyed assisting with the building of fly-fishing rods and flies which were used to gather donations for veterans.
