He is survived by: his former spouse Kirsten Svingen; his son Cole Weinberger (Jennifer) of Billings; his grandchildren, Hannah, Alex, Harlan and Billie; his daughter Amy Weinberger of Glendive; his grandson Connor Gaughan; and his brothers, Vern Weinberger (RaeDeen) of Casa Grande and Bob Weinberger (Janice) of Salem. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
