He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chelgren and Alice Chelgren (Somers); his wife Shirley Miller; his grandson Marcus Chelgren; and his sisters, Dona Kilseimer and Edith Geschwender.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Chelgren (Michelle) of Casper, Wyoming, Cindy Boho (Kelly) of Gillette and Roberta Metz of Green River, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Felisha Taylor (Nate), Taylor, Tanner Boho, Jesse Stroope, Katie Olmstead and Trisha Foster (Nick); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Bailee Taylor, Carter Trempe, Paisley Olmstead, Michael and Nathaniel Foster; his siblings, Kathy Trask (Dick) of Lewistown, Walt Chelgren (Sharon) of Laurel, Jerry Chelgren (Sue) of Derby and Geraldine Warner (Roger) of Glendive; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
