He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hickman and Edna Hickman (Toombs); his wife Lois; his brother Rex; his brother-in-law Dean Myers; his grandchildren, Eric and Jolene; and his son-in-law Bill Wilson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Burrows (Jim), Brenda Hopkins (Bill Gorder), Ruby Jasmin (Jerry) and Kay Wilson; and his siblings, Doris Bowen (Chuck) and Dee (Wanda). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandson & many cousins and nieces and nephews.
