He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Joseph Kelly and Charlesia Alene Williams Kelly; his sister Kathy Heller; his wife Lois M Scheel-Kelly; and his child Mine. He was also cherished by his twelve grandchildren and six great nieces and nephews.
