He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Samuels and Annabell Samuels (Zinsli) of Beach, ND; his siblings-in-law, David Wilburn and P. J. Samuels; and his grandson Juan Samuels.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Dobrowski; his children, Bernadette Hogan of Alexandria, MN, Paul (Michal), Rodney Weston (Suzette), Keith Wahpeton (Dawn) and Kyle (Barb); his grandchildren, Ashley Hogan Eckhoff, Cory Hogan, Christopher, Isaac, Colin Samuels, Elliot, Stevie Samuels, Aaron and Zack Samuels; his great grandchildren, Brady, Samuel, Dorothy (Dot), Rylie and Eli; and his siblings, Claude, Gary and Colette.
