He is survived by: his wife Janette Kubesh; his daughters, Jennifer Legato (Mark Bagri) of McKinney and Gina Michael (Mark) of Sidney, Montana; his granddaughters, Paige Kuhbacher (Dillon), Kara Miller, Kaitlin Michael and Kelsi Miller; his great grandchild Genesis Miller; and his siblings, Nancy Murphy (Frank) of Billings, Deb Legato (Brian Reho) of Portland, Lance Legato of Billings, Mary Haratyk (Bill) of Sheridan, Troy Legato of Glendive and Tani Walker of Billings. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
