He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Allen and Kathleen Allen; his brother Paul; and his son Edward Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janice Allen (Kuntz); his children, Thomas Allen (Tammy) of Cheyenne and William Allen of Galveston, Texas.; and his siblings, Betty Brophy, Kathy Molt, Rose Allen, Helen Weimelt and Cliff Allen. He is also survived by his family, including 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
