She is survived by: her parents, Chuck Powell and Ruth Powell (Peterson); her husband John Herbaugh; her children, Ashton Nunberg, Andrew Powell, Kileaka Herbaugh, Ezra Herbaugh, Amanda Herbaugh, Joseph Herbaugh (Elyse), Marissa Herbaugh, Taylor Herbaugh, Hunter Herbaugh and Connor Herbaugh; her grandchildren, Kaliann, Bailey, Rylie, Kaydynce, Leland, Tucker and TJ; and her siblings, Mike Smith (Terry) and Melissa Kwasney (Doug Gullikson). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
