John William Rieber Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Rieber of Glen, Montana, born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Rieber and Rosemary G. Rieber (Bourn); his parents-in-law, Mike and Jean Loshesky; and his brothers-in-law, John Maki and Frank Stanchfield.
He is survived by: his daughter Jan (Ray Fliehman); his wife Mick; his sons, Chris Rieber (Holly) and Cory Rieber (Amy); his grandchildren, Parker, Reagan, Kristian Rieber, Matthew Fliehman and Lane Wuelfing-Poirier; and his sisters, Rosemary Wenger (Richard), Regina Maki and Edith Stanchfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many treasured friends.
John requested that any memorials be made to Friends of the Fair, c/o Beaverhead County Extension, 2 S. Pacific, Suite 211, Dillon, MT, 59725 to support building a new 4-H building at the fairgrounds, or to Reichle School Booster Club, 1605 Rock Creek Road, Glen, MT 59732 or to a charity of donor's choice.
