He is survived by: his uncles, Floyd Doke and Brown Doke; his brothers, Elmer Johnson Plumbing and Heating; his sons, Stephen (Wanda) and Mike Dale (Nancy); his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Tom (Sheryl) and Mark; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Brady (Jennifer), Nikki (Pete), Janna (Adam), Melissa and Nathan (Brandi); his great grandchildren, Kennedy (Phillip), Kenny, Chevy, Sandee, Jaron, Bryson, Lennox, Cordelia and Jace; his great great grandchildren, Keaton, Aaliyah and Landyn; and his siblings, Carol Cook, Myrt Bamford, Rhea Nelson and John Burner.
