He is survived by: his children, Sally Hickok (Les Carlsen), Peggy Hickok, Mark Hickok (Nancy), K. C. Hickok (Jennifer) and Kelli Nybakken (Greg); and his grandchildren, Laramie Dean-Young (Ryan), Jory Johnston, Jill Johnston, Jerica VandeKop (Jack), Heather Hickok (Tyler Erickson), Katy Heinert (Matthew), Colter Hickok, Sara Hickok, Katelin Anderson (Taylor), Hayley, Brianna and Cash Nybakken. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
