Maxine Nicol Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Nicol of Glasgow, Montana, born in Jordan, Montana, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wain Turner and Spicie Edting Turner (Hix); and her siblings, Kermit, Keith, Kenneth Turner and Lorene Patterson (Turner).
She is survived by: her husband George Raymond Nicol, Jr.; her children, Janice Shanks (Dennis), Kathleen Steele (Greg Ganje), Connie Culliton (Steven), Bonnie Peters (Ron) and William Nicol (Kareen); her grandchildren, Janelle Bargmann (Troy), Jayme Valnes (Emit), Shelly Nicol, Shane Nicol (Alyssa), Scott Steele (Rebekah) and Joy Partridge; her great grandchildren, Garett, Stetson Bargmann, Hannah Dennis (Andrew), Kayla Starkel (Nathan), Scotty Passmore, Justice Steele (Candy), Aasya Steele (Trevon), Jake, Bethany Kinder, Lexy Stahl (Ronald) and Pacyn Partridge; and her great great grandchildren, Haizyn, Emerson, Thea, Ezra Steele, Amariah Steele and Hallee Stahl.
Gathering to see Maxine for the last time, were only immediate family members due to the Covid -19 pandemic and high RSV numbers in Valley County.
A Memorial has been established to the Shriner's Children's Hospital of Spokane, Washington, her favorite charity.
