He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Speer and Dorothy Speer; and his brother Duke Speer. He is survived by: his wife Rose Speer; his sons, Zeb Speer (Cedar) and Ocean; his sister Debra (Alex); and his cousin Marc. He is also survived by other cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
