He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franzen and Alma Franzen (Willer); his siblings, Bill Franzen, Tom, Virgil Barnett, Charlotte Fuhrman and Dorothy Franzen; and his grandson Derek Leckie.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Clarence Fuhrman; his wife Doris; and his children, Rollie Franzen (Lorie) of Henderson, Brenda Leckie (Butch) of Glasgow, Ann Potter (Tim) of Glasgow, Sharon Thelen (Nick) of Kenmare, Louise Lemieux (Clem) of Glasgow, Linda Kuich (Jimmy) of Spanaway, Bridger Franzen (Thelma) of Henderson and Theresa Sevareid (Allen) of Belgrade, Montana. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
Albert's family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Albert's memory to Friends Of The Pioneer Museum, VFW Post # 3107, Valley County Hope Project or St. Vincent's Health Care Foundation in Billings.
