He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Russell and Blanche Orlena Payne (Walden); his brother Gervais; and his son Russell. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; and his children, Brenda McMichael (Ron) of Bozeman, MT, Tammy Payne Smith (Matt) of Livingston, MT and John Payne (Kerri) of Gallatin Gateway, MT.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren and their children.
