He is survived by: his significant other Carmen Welch; his children, Jade Heather Ackerman, Buckley Cole Ackerman and Candice Bird Hat; and his siblings, Jewel Ackerman (Wanda Ackerman), Floyd Ackerman, Sr. and Wilbert Ackerman Jr.. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
