He is survived by: his parents, Tina Nelligan of Frazer and Kevin Adams of Wolf Point; his brothers, Jesse and Blake Nelligan of Frazer; his children, Angel Nelligan, Allyn TurnToes, Kimora Allrunner and Hayden Eagleman; his adoptive parents, Adeline White and Robert White; and his sister Sabrina Smoker.
A wake was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Frazer Community Hall. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (331 Moccasin Ave, Frazer, MT 59225).
