He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Waters and Pearl Waters; his siblings, John Thomas, Joel Robert, Walter Michael, Janice, Leona and Eva Jean; his mother-in-law Joann Farley; and also, Daniel, John, David and Phillip.
He retired in 2001 and returned to his property in Fortine where he went to be with Jesus after a bout of pneumonia, after having the Covid virus.
