He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Waite and Agnes Waite (Frey); and his siblings, Ira Waite, Francis Waite and Marian Waite.
He is survived by: his wife Earlene Marie Stevens of Fortine; his children, Stacy Waite (Melissa) of Cheney, WA, Shannel Waite of Keystone, SD, Tom Kranz of Michigan and Larry Waite (Carla) of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Kamren, Kadden, Joshua, Mya, Christian, Amara, Alexa and Austin.
