He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Lippert and Bertha Lippert (Lyman); his stepmother Elizabeth Lippert; his siblings, Johnny and Violet Grossman; his stepsiblings, Robert Nelson and Doris Nelson Overholser; and his nephews, Rodger Grossman and Dennis Grossman.
He is survived by: his brother Lester Lippert (Sadie) of Fort Benton; his nephews, Alan Lippert (Karen), Keith Lippert (Colleen), Steve Grossman (Nancy) and Darrell Grossman; and his niece Diane Worrall (Glen). He is also survived by several great-nephews and great-nieces; and great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces.
