He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bennett and Zoe Bennett (Burnum); his wife Helen; and his siblings, Edna Halley, Bernice Robinson, Lucille Cook, Ross, Ray Bennett and Jessie Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Manifold, Wanda Bennett, Gary and Mark Bennett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
