She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Ward and Louise Ward; and her son Ike Treat. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Knudson of Florence; and her children, Hal Treat of Columbia Falls, Brandy Adair of Florence and Jennifer McKay of California.
The family suggests that any memorial donations may be made in Jan's name to either the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
