He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Florence; his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law Shay Embleton of Las Vegas; and his granddaughters, Amanda Jo, Samantha Lee and Lori JoLee Embleton.
In lieu of flowers, Dave has requested a donation be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
