He was predeceased by: his son David; and his stepchildren, Christine, Ralph and Wade. He is survived by: his wife Johni; his children, Diane (Terry) and Douglas (Sue); and his stepchildren, Mark (Pam) and Tamera. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
