She is survived by: her sister Joanne; her children, Kathy Ann Kurtz (late Wayne), Marc, Mike (Gina), Matt and John Mac Brown (Nikki); her granddaughter Erin Lutts (Roy); her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Riley and Keara; her grandson Vern Brown (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Halle, Cadence and Clyde; her grandson Nicholas Brown (Maria); her great grandchildren, Mason, Aubree, Miles and Ava; her daughter Cindy Lee Kostrba (Tom); her grandchildren, Jarret Kostrba (Val), Daya and Chelsea Embry (Kade); her great grandchildren, Ayla, Kash, Marlee, Joanne, Myrtle, Ellen (Nonie), Kathleen (Kay) and Karen (Butchie); and also, Dut, Darold, Joyce, Sharon, Mary Lee, Bud and Jim. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
