He was predeceased by: his children, Kevin, Stephanie and Johnathan (Preemie); his sisters, Lousie Nagel (Nagle), Leona and Roseline; his parents, Mary and Stanley; and his great grandchildren, Ezekial and Chandler Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Chamberlain; his children, Lorena Qualley, Cory Efta (Ann), Bethany Efta and Timothy Efta; and his siblings, Cecelia Pass and Richard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
