He is survived by: his former spouse Jamie Metcalf; his sons, Lance and Dustin Moe; his siblings, Billy Moe, Otto Moe (Carma) and Emily Pressnall (Max); his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Kelsey, Ashton and Jasmine; and his great grandchild Braxton.
