He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Howard and Caroline Howard; and his wife Leona Damm. He is survived by: his children, Karen Allen (Ray), Terry Howard (Linda), Shelly Wick (Rick) and James (Paula); and his sister Carol Hogdill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
