She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Taylor (Haugen) and Wayne VanDerSande; her grandparents, Robert and Emily Taylor; her aunts, Polly Taylor and Leslie Taylor; her cousin Nathan Taylor; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Fugate.
She is survived by: her children, Donald and Justina; her husband Lloyd Fugate; her brother Travis Haugen; her mother-in-law Carol Fugate; her uncles, Robert (Betty), Donald (Pauline) and Ken Taylor (Leslie); her stepsiblings, April Duffner (David) and Michael Peterman (Bobby Wolf); and her close friend Mary Norgard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, sons, and daughters.
Memorial Contribution. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Amy's name to: Relay for Life, Breast Cancer Awareness or Out of the Darkness for Suicide Prevention.
