He is survived by: his wife Edith Hollo; his children, Les, Ginger of Anchorage, Loralee, Bryan Schwanke of Lincoln, Raylene, Mark Casson of Chattanooga, TN, Janelle, Scott Teunissen of Elkhart Lake, WI, Judy, Glenn Rosenbaum of Clancy, MT, Kelcy of Fairfield and Mauricio Morales of Jackson, WI; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Leanna Bouma of Alaska, Jordan, Tyler, Adriana, Calvin Morales, Michaela, Bethany, Kaitlyn, Abigail Teunsisen of Wisconsin, Elliana, Joelle Casson of Tennessee, Elyssa Grantham (Morales), Cody, Nathan, Dylan, Kaela Rosenbaum, Kolter, Kaylee, Kail, Kash and Kinley Bouma of Montana; his siblings, Ralph Bouma (Cornelia), Harold Bouma (Johanna), Jenny Luteyn (John), Fran Teunissen (Larry) and Henrietta Vandelegemaat; and his sister-in-law Madalyn Bouma. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
