He was predeceased by: his significant other Karen; his parents, Oliver Forseth and Lucille Forseth; his brothers-in-law, Keith Loss and Dale Brady; and also Karen.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Hammer (Bob) of Seattle; his granddaughter Treyann; his great-niece Arielle; his children, Stacey Forseth (Barbie) of Great Falls and Amie Wieder (Rob) of Augusta; his siblings, Clairice Brady of Hamilton, Orville Forseth (Caroline) of Fairfield, Judy Loss of Great Falls and Jim Forseth (Cindy) of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Taylor Talkington of Great Falls, Samantha Talkington of Casa Grande, AZ, Riley, Wyatt, Justin, Korey Wieder of Augusta and Steve; his great grandchild Colt; and also, Orville (Karen) and Caroline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
