He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Miller and Nellie Miller; his wife Karen Miller; his daughter Cathy Miller; and his siblings, Joyce Schlecta and Jerry Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Smith (Craig) of Eureka; his sister Connie Waren Bender (Bill); his grandchildren, Bobi Fisher (Travis), Casey Lund (Cody) and Joseph House; his great grandchildren, Maddox Fisher and Austin Lund; his close friend Dan Crain; and his pet Koko.
