She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cook and Lillie Kinney Cook; her siblings, Georgie, Lewis, Dale and Basil; her son-in-law Darrell; and her grandson Corey.
She is survived by: her husband Collis; her children, Dallas, Alice Pitman and Della Cash (Duane); her grandchildren, Derick, Mistee Verhulp (Ryan), Bo Pitman (Maria), Regan Lewis (Bill), Colby Cash (Patty) and Seth Cash (Sierra); and her great grandchildren, Trace, RyAnn, Jacey, Austin, Michael, Sasha, Merec, Jaeger, Ridger and Riverlynn.
