He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules and Gracie Henke Sr. (Higgins); his sister Mary; and his brothers-in-law, Bud and Floyd Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Leona; his children, Kevin (Charlene), Teresa Inabnit (Eric), Logan, Max, Scott (Kristine), Eliese, Mason, Miles (Arlene), Luke, Jonathan, Yvonne Neary (Bob), Bobbie Bolton (Craig), Brooklyn, Beau, Curt (Linda), Matt Kultgen, Kassie Kultgen, Mikayla, Tom, Justen, Kolten, Janette Racki (Scott), Katryna and Cody; and his siblings, Robert (Louise), Betty Walter, Lowell, Ruth and Richard (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
