He was predeceased by: his father Ron Laird; his brother Jason Laird; and his grandparents, Bill Volskey, Freddi Volskey, Bob Laird and Georgia Laird.
He is survived by: his spouse Katie Magavern; his son Jason Laird; his stepson Jackson Bredenberg; his former wife Katie Laird; his mother Susi; his husband Kirk Chadwick of Emigrant; and his siblings, Randi Volskey and Rochelle Buck.
In lieu of flowers-donations for a scholarship fund for Jason Laird can be made at Bank of the Rockies in Emigrant.
