She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Frye and Anna Frye; her husband Charlie; her sons, Bob Welch and Charlie Welch; her brother Lloyd Carroll (Betty); her daughters, Peggy Tong and Jeanne Lohof; and her grandchildren, Cassie Johnson, Robbee Pennock (Joe), Kirtlye Lohof (Tyler), Lynon Lohof, Derek Welch, Shannon Welch and Tori Welch. She was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
