He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Rhonda Lynn Rader; his nephews, Charles and Richard Blackstone; and his sister Norma Jean Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine; his children, Richard R Reiss III (Christy) of East Helena, MT, James Allen Reiss of Livingston, MT and Suzanne Marie Carr (Mikel) of Vonore, TN; and his niece Lisa Blackstone of Canton, OH.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
