He is survived by: his sons, Jackson (Val) and Jared; his significant other Billiejo Kokoruda; his mother Madeline Dome; his siblings, Alan, Kenny, Eddy and Lisa; and his siblings-in-law, Bill (Sandra), Joe Kokoruda and Renee Crawford (Chuck).
