He is survived by: his wife Ellen Terhaar; his daughter Autumn; his son-in-law Tom Nelson; his son Stephen Terhaar; his daughter-in-law Becky Kostka; his granddaughter Ellee Nelson; his siblings, Cheryl Hollom, Bev Peterson (Paul) and Jerome Terhaar (Lorraine); and his stepsiblings, Kathie Crowe, Sharon Kimber and John Fuller (Terrie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous good friends.
