He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrion Pilon and Alta Pilon (Roscoe); and his brother Gene. He is survived by: his sister Lora Lee; his wife Claire; his grandchildren, Becky Miller (Tom), Melissa (Justin), Michael (Sarah), Kavin (Amber) and Talyn (Toni); and his sister Lora Dougherty (Steve).
When he was a freshman in high school, he drove a stock truck to Idaho Falls to pick up the cinder block for the new church foundation.
