He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Ruby Neider (Clancey); his brother James Helt; and his brother-in-law Jack Howard. He is survived by: his wife Shirlee Stills; his sister Ciska Mosher (Robert) of Salmon, ID.; and his pets, Anise, Sage and Pepper.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (934 Sweetwater Rd, Dillon, MT 59725). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested donations be sent to Saint Jude's Hospital which was a charity close to Scott's heart.
