She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Huntsman and Florence Huntsman; and her brother Rex Huntsman. She is survived by: her sibling Hazelbaker; her husband Theodore Lee Hazelbaker; her sons, Chato (Shari) and Chadron (Staci); and her grandchildren, Cole, Taylor, Kira, Claire, Gibson, Trenton, Brantly and Remington. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friend.
