She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hirschy and Flora Hirschy; and her siblings, Dick, Jack Hirschy and Jill Eliel (Mel McDowell).
She is survived by: her children, Jock (Janet) and Melva (Buck); her grandchildren, Travis, Troy McDowell, Jamie McDowell-Holzberger, Jeb Loney and Raegan McDowell; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt Holzberger and Tryg McDowell; and her brother-in-law John Eliel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for a donation to be made in Joyce's name to the Big Hole Valley Association, Wisdom Community Center, or the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch.
