He is survived by: his daughter Terri Smith McIntosh (Tony); his siblings, Dale Smith, Hazel Smith Junkert and Regina Smith Stewart; his son-in-law Dan Skipper; and his grandchildren, Jason Smith (Michele), Shevee McIntosh, Marcie Fournier (Dan), Danielle Skipper, Erin Schrader (James), Marisa McIntosh, Grace, Shay Fournier, Taylor, Rylee Brazil, Lexie, Brianna Belice, Landen, Alydia, Layne, Cole Wendland and Mia Schrader. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
