He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dee Duane Smith and Mary Ann Jones; his great-grandparent Ada Ingram; and his grandmother Jackie Hart. He is survived by: his wife Miranda Herren; his sons, Damien Travis Smith and William Dee Smith; his parents, Bill Smith and Jennifer Smith; his sisters, Chelsea (David), Alyssa and Sonnie Jo; his grandmother Jean Smith; his parents-in-law, Nikki Herren and Mickel Herren; and his siblings-in-law, Travis Christoper (Rachel) and Ashley Moon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers a fund raiser will be set up for a headstone.
